Lithuania Return Items and Lost Items Policy
  • Lithuania commits to send the items out in 10 days after submitting the payment.
  • We are sending the items out from Lithuania which is in Europe so the shipping usually takes up to 10-20 days.
  • The shipping might take longer depending on the place you live in.

LITHUANIA'S 100% MONEY BACK GUARANTEE:

  • If the item was damaged during the shipment. In that case we will be asking you to provide us with the digital picture of the damaged item.
  • If the item did not reach you in one month upon submitting the payment, we will be running the search for it. Usually the search takes up to 15 days. If it appears that the item was lost, we will make the full refund A.S.A.P.
  • If the customer who did not receive the item - contacts us in two months after submitting the payment.
